At PrintBuzz we know just how important is it that print is delivered intact and on time. That's why we dispatch all orders within one working day. Depending on the product ordered and its weight/value, the courier we use may vary.

What if something goes wrong?

PrintBuzz does everything possible to reduce the arrival of damaged goods, but damages do occur sometimes. In the first instance you must contact us by email to info@printbuzz.co.uk detailing the damage. Please take a digital picture of the damage for our insurance and for any claims against the courier. Please do not dispose the item as we may require its return (if return is required we will arrange return shipping). Once we have been notified (and have received the images of the damage) we will replace the damaged goods as soon as possible.

Estimated or Guarnteed?

PrintBuzz offers a variety of delivery services to ensure viable choices are available for customers. Estimated deliveries are usually postal dependant and can't offer a specific delivery date. Estimated delivery services is useful for saving money on non urgent items, or items not recquired by a specific date. 95% of the time, estimated deliveries arrive within the time provided, however on some occasions they may take longer. This is beyond the control of PrintBuzz, and does not attach any time commitment to such deliveries. For more urgent deliveries or time senstive requirements, PrintBuzz offers Guaranteed delivery services, usually sent by courier.
